I am taking these gummies since 3 weeks and all I can say is: they taste yummy! ;-) They taste like strawberry.  I do not have any problems with my hair or nails- both are strong so that is why I can not say that something dramatic changed in these 3 weeks. You are supposed to take 2 gummies a day and that will give you a total of 2,500 mcg of Biotin which is 833 % of the daily value what you should intake. I guess such a big amount surely will help your hair and nail growth. 

Vitamin C and Vitamin E are of course also great ingredients for your whole body. The draw back is probably the sugar intake (and Corn Syrup)- but otherwise these would probably not taste so delicious!
