FAKE PANCAKE (LOW CARB DIET, ATKINS)
Most of you know that I recently lost 10 pounds on a low carb diet (read also: How I lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks) and I thought I share my fake pancake recipe with you today!
It is so simple and easy.
All you need is:
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tsp coconut flour,
- 1 packet Stevia,
- Vanilla Extract,
- Heavy Whipping Cream.
This pancake has under 2 g Carbs!
