CRUELTY FREE SUNSCREEN IN YOUR DRUGSTORE

So, you think it is impossible to find affordable and cruelty free sunscreen in the drugstore? Nope! Today I will present you two fabulous cruelty free drugstore brands that offer wonderful and affordable sunscreen solutions for you and the whole family: Ocean Potion and No-ad! Yes! Both are cruelty free, isn´t that fantastic?

Ocean Potion is one of my favorite sunscreens since I switched to cruelty free cosmetic and they recently introduced a couple of new items to their collection.

The Ocean Potion Protect & Renew with an SPF of 45 is one of them! What a wonderful light weight lotion! It even includes Vitamin B and I find this sunscreen absolutely not greasy yet super hydrating- this is perfect in hot and humid Florida! Only $8.99? Fabulous!

I also recommend highly the Ocean Potion Face cream- although it looks like a thick paste- it applies super smooth and silky and is not even greasy feeling (I have an oily face and usually every cream gives me a shiny face)- it feels wonderful!  It has an SPF of 45 and even though this is Zinc Oxide it applies without a white cast! I was very surprised by that.

The Ocean Potion Lip balm tastes a hint like Vanilla and Orange which I think is fantastic. This lip balm is perfect for the beach or pool and protects the lips with an SPF of 45! Perfect!

Now if you have an oily face like me, you will love the Ocean Potion Dab on! This is a liquid that applies without any greasiness- it almost applies like water and this is fabulous to use under your makeup or to carry in your bag for retouch! I love it!

But No-Ad also offers fabulous products:

The No-Ad Oil Free Face is a real nice light weight lotion- the tube is huge (6 oz) and so I find it´s OK if you use it also on your body! ;-) I tried it all over my body and it sinks super quick into my skin, does not feel greasy and I recommend it highly!

The No Ad Sport Stick is another interesting product: you know the feeling when you are on the beach and have sandy hands- makes re-applying of sunscreen sometimes a hassle cause you don´t want to rub all the sand on your skin. 

Well, this is the solution! Almost like a giant lip balm for your body or face you can absolutely mess free re- apply sunscreen. This goes on sheer but protects you well. My husband usually hates all sunscreens but I was able to put this on him without any whining of him! ;-)

So there you have it! It is absolutely possible to buy cruelty free yet affordable sunscreen right in your drugstore! Who knew?
