VICTORY ROLLS TUTORIAL WITHOUT HOT TOOLS!

I have to admit- since my last little Rockabilly hair tutorial, I am getting literally obsessed with the looks of the 40s, 50s and 60s! And so today I have another pinup hair tutorial that includes some easy peasy made Victory rolls that I created with a very simple trick! ;-)
