60s INSPIRED HAIR TUTORIAL & MAKEUP AND OUTFIT!

Today I have a hair tutorial: a simple messy updo with a high bump (using this little tool). All totally inspired by the fun 60s and I am also including a 60s makeup look (blue eyeshadow, winged eyeliner and orange lippie!) and I tried to match my outfit too!

Now to the blue eyeshadow, y'all! (I used the Paula Dorf eyepalette (sold out), try the Milani eyeshadow in "Blue Heaven" instead). Favorite eyeliner to create that wing? Mine is the 100% Pure Black Tea Eye liner!
