CAN YOU WEAR A MINI SKIRT AT 40 IF YOU ARE CURVY? I did not mean to be disrespectful with the cold shoulder here! ;-)

I posted a couple weeks back a photo with this skirt on Facebook with the comment: "That skirt by Neslay Designer is just too cute!" And then I got this comment: "Yes for girls without hips. If a girl with curves put that on oh". 

I had to laugh out loud because even though I lost 10 lbs (find out how here) I am certainly not a girl "without hips" LOL!!! I completely understood what she meant though: she thought that the cut and the stripes of this skirt is not for those girls with wider hips. It is made out of stiff material and stands up- but I still find that my hips do not get accentuated but are looking rather slim in it! Apparently they are hiding! ;-)
